| 5 | If the record is included in multiple laboratory methods, user can select method from yellow fields. The date displayed under the method title represents the enrollment of patient in defined method. If the date field is empty, the method has no enrollment of specified patient yet. Access to the forms is obtained by clicking the "Open" button. | ||
