Import sample to laboratory from sampling site
There are 3 ways to upload data from the sampling sites via request form:
- using the birth number
- using the request form number
- using personal data (name, surname and date of birth)
If there are multiple requests for one birth number, it is possible to select the patient you want to load from the list. The patient's data is loaded after clicking on the corresponding request form.
1. Upload data using personal identification number
After entering the personal identification number, the request form is checked for existence in the system. If the record exists, the data is imported into a new form.
2. Upload data using the request number
After entering the request number and clicking the Check button, the existence of the request in the system will be checked. Data can be uploaded to the patient card after clicking Upload.
3. Uploading data using personal data
After filling in personal data - name, surname and date of birth in the format dd.nn.yyyy and clicking the Check button, the existence of the request form in the system will be checked. Data can be uploaded to the patient card after clicking Upload.
